Hypnosis definition: Hypnosis is a natural state of mind where the part that is resistant to change is relaxed allowing the subconscious mind to more easily accept new ideas and behaviors.

Everyone has the ability to be hypnotized. It maybe, however, easier for some than others. One thing is certain though, if you don't want it to happen, it won't happen.
